The Interrupt Method™ is a structured coaching program designed to help you stop self-sabotage at the moment it starts.
Instead of focusing on motivation, discipline, or mindset shifts, this work focuses on:
The internal language that appears right before avoidance
How that language leads to specific behaviors
How to interrupt the pattern in real time
How to build consistent follow-through without pressure or hype
This is practical, grounded work focused on behavior and accountability.
What This Work Is Not
This program is not:
Therapy or mental health treatment
Motivational coaching
Positive thinking or affirmations
Open-ended processing
A space to be pushed, rescued, or reassured
We don’t work on changing who you are.
We work on changing how you respond when resistance shows up.
What This Work Requires
This work requires:
Willingness to notice internal patterns honestly
Openness to accountability without self-attack
Consistent participation for the full program length
Comfort with some level of discomfort as part of change
Willingness to track language and behavior in simple, structured ways
You do not need to feel confident, motivated, or “ready” to apply.
You do need to be willing to stay present and engaged.

What Happens When You Apply
Applying does not automatically enroll you.
When you apply, you’ll be asked to complete a Fit & Readiness Questionnaire.
This questionnaire helps determine:
Whether this approach is appropriate for you right now
What patterns are most active for you
What level of structure would be most supportive
After reviewing your responses, you will receive one of the following:
An invitation to join The Interrupt Method™
A recommendation to begin with a Pattern Interrupt Intensive
A message letting you know this work is not the right fit at this time
All applications are reviewed intentionally.
This helps protect the integrity of the work and the container.
Time & Commitment
Program length: 6 weeks
Weekly sessions required
Simple tracking and check-ins between sessions
This is a contained process.
Consistency matters more than intensity.(Discovery sessions available upon request)
