The Interrupt Method™ — 6-Week Private Coaching

This is my flagship program.

It’s designed for people who:

  • Are tired of starting over

  • Want consistency without motivation

  • Are ready for honest accountability

  • Want to change how they respond when resistance shows up

  • Identifying the internal language that leads to avoidance

  • Interrupting that language in real time

  • Practicing small, repeatable actions

  • Building accountability until follow-through becomes internal

What this work focuses on:

  • 6 weeks of private 1:1 coaching

  • One weekly session (45–60 minutes)

  • Simple tracking and check-ins between sessions

  • A structured, contained process

This is not therapy or motivational coaching.
This is behavior-based, practical work.

Pattern Interrupt Intensive™ — 90-Minute Private Session

What’s included:

  • One 90-minute private session

  • Pattern mapping and language identification

  • A personal interrupt rule

  • A simple take-home tool to practice independently

This session can stand alone or be used as an entry point into the 6-week program.

This session also requires an application.
